GENERAL COURSE DESCRIPTION
These eighteen (18) courses are structured to provide lenders with the analytical skills to carry out risk assessments, structure and manage credit facilities from initiation to collection.
The courses take the reader through the process of analyzing and evaluating the risk profile in a typical credit request, establishing the repayment capability, the source of repayment, and structure same to mitigate the risks while ensuring that the lender is adequately protected.

DURATION: 1hr 25 minutes per course.

COURSE 7 DESCRIPTION
Loan Repayment is a function of cash availability and willingness. A careful analysis of the borrower cash flow statement will provide the lender answers critical issues in determining repayment capability. This will assist in assessing borrower’s ability to generate cash and cash equivalents to service current and proposed debt from ordinary course of business.
