GENERAL COURSE DESCRIPTION
These eighteen (18) courses are structured to provide lenders with the analytical skills to carry out risk assessments, structure and manage credit facilities from initiation to collection.
The courses take the reader through the process of analyzing and evaluating the risk profile in a typical credit request, establishing the repayment capability, the source of repayment, and structure same to mitigate the risks while ensuring that the lender is adequately protected.

COURSE 10 DESCRIPTION
Credit risk rating measures the risk inherent in credit exposures and makes a meaningful differentiation between counterparties in terms of the risk levels they pose to the bank or the relative degree of safety of the exposure.
A rating is a summary indicator of the risk inherent in credit exposure and conveys the potential loss the bank may suffer if the borrower commits default in repaying its dues.
