GENERAL COURSE DESCRIPTION
These eighteen (18) courses are structured to provide lenders with the analytical skills to carry out risk assessments, structure and manage credit facilities from initiation to collection.
The courses take the reader through the process of analyzing and evaluating the risk profile in a typical credit request, establishing the repayment capability, the source of repayment, and structure same to mitigate the risks while ensuring that the lender is adequately protected.

DURATION: 1hr 25 minutes per course.

COURSE 8 DESCRIPTION
Most credit structures fail because the lender has dwelled so much on past financial results in making credit decisions. While past financial results are important as they give the lender idea of the past performances, the future is more critical in determining ability to service current and future debts.
